is an independent local non-profit that is dedicated to serving our professionals in the corrections community.

The End of Watch Memorial Foundation Initially Established The End of Watch Memorial Golf Tournament to provide financial support services to the Correctional Peace Officer Foundation in 2009.

Founded by Thomas Donaldson, Tony Ruvalcaba, and Steve Perrine, they built the Oregon non-profit from the ground up, with the sole mission to support corrections professionals and their families.

After eleven years of success, this Oregon non-profit grew, and The End of Watch Memorial Foundation, 501(c)(3) was created in 2020.

By the end of 2021, the End of Watch Memorial Foundation added additional fundraising events. It is through these events that they are able to make contributions to officers and their families.

In 2023 the End of Watch Memorial Foundation expanded its fundraising efforts to include local financial support, to provide mental health services to corrections professionals, and their families. To Include providing educational scholarships to corrections officers' children.
